Governance

Governance that strengthens trust and sustainability and protects the rights of shareholders and stakeholders.

Framework

Rules that govern a decision before it is made

Shams has adopted a governance framework that clarifies powers and responsibilities among the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and Executive Management, and ensures that decisions are made through a known, written mechanism rather than individual judgement.

The aim is not regulatory compliance alone, but protecting the company’s long-term value and strengthening the trust of shareholders, partners and employees.
